    ActionIQ Launches New CX Hub Product Line to Strengthen Customer Experience

    ActionIQ, a leading provider of customer experience solutions, recently announced the release of its new CX Hub product line to enhance customer experience by offering agility, adaptability, and efficiency to organizations.

    CX Hub is a collection of configurable modular solutions that offer enterprise teams direct and controlled access to customer data. It consists of four modular solutions- Customer Data Platform (CDP), Journey Management, Audience Centre, and Real-time CX. These solutions are aimed at helping organizations in exploring and acting on customer data and allowing technical teams to strengthen their technology investments to manage costs, data governance, and performance. Furthermore, CX Hub integrates with any data source or channel and allows organizations to purchase CDP from ActionIQ or utilize their in-house solution.

    The solutions included in the CX Hub have a business-friendly user interface (UI) and advanced automation capabilities to help non-technical users achieve the speed and scalability they need to build a 360-degree view of customers, segment and model audiences, plan multi-step omnichannel journeys, and offer real-time customer experiences.

    “Our CX Hub adapts to the needs of our customers. Instead of being forced to move your data into someone else’s system or purchase multiple products to support a single use case, you can select the tools you need, when you need them, while maintaining complete control over your customer data. Our modular solutions allow brands to maximize the value of their existing technology investments by choosing the capabilities they need to fill in gaps and decide where data is managed, with the option of easily adding capabilities over time as the need arises”, said Justin DeBrabant, Senior Vice President of Product at ActionIQ.
