Alucio, an innovative cloud-based software provider, recently enhanced its Beacon exchange platform with new features. These features enable the Beacon Exchange platform to engage with leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms within the domain of life science. Alucio’s flagship product, the Beacon platform, is a cloud-based scientific exchange platform that is designed for helping Medical Affairs professionals, Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), and Market Access Teams.
Organizations can now simplify external stakeholder engagement and management processes irrespective their existing CRM system using the enhanced CRM integration features. The enhanced CRM Integration capabilities include improved meeting tracking and capitalization of Beacon’s expanded data flow options. Following its update, two-way integration requirements would be supported by Beacon’s customer record syncing feature. Hence, intake, look up, and association of primary customer data in pre-meeting or post-meeting modes would be supported.

Beacon can also help in collecting customer-generated observations created by field users via an interface that can be configured by department of company.
