expert.ai‘s natural language (NL) API provides deep language understanding and is now available in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Marketplace. The AWS Marketplace consists of thousands of offers from independent software vendors that make it easy to find, test, buy, and deploy software that runs on AWS.
Brian Munz, product manager, NL API & developed experience at expert.ai., said, “At expert.ai, we aim to make it easy for developers and data scientists to design, build and test NL-aware functions and easily embed advanced natural language understanding (NLU) and natural language processing (NLP) capabilities into their apps. The availability of our NL API in the AWS Marketplace expands this opportunity to more users: we are excited to offer all of the insights the NL API provides to enrich business data, understanding it in less time, at scale, and in the most precise way.”
Expert.ai’s NL API is a powerful way to structure unstructured data using deep language intelligence with minimal work. Through this API, users can quickly analyze text for key elements, relations, classifications, and more by identifying which meaning is used in context (“disambiguation”). It is also capable of identifying sentiment and even capturing 117 behavioral and emotional traits, giving it the largest, most comprehensive, and granular emotional and behavioral taxonomy in the API ecosystem. Expert.ai NL API, along with its built-in technologies and knowledge graph, is more applicable to use in specific contexts, like identifying sensitive data (as well as to comply with data privacy regulations), geographic taxonomies, or media-related topics.
The expert.ai NL API can be used by existing AWS customers with their AWS accounts to gain insight into their unstructured language data. Expert.ai NL supports two feature options:
- Core Bundle consists of semantic analysis, part-of-speech tagging, morphological analysis, text subdivision, dependency parsing, lemmatization, recognized named entities, key phrase extraction, relation extraction.
- The Premium Bundle includes sentiment analysis, IPTC media topics, geographic, emotional traits, and behavioral traits taxonomies, as well as write print for performing a stylometric analysis of businesses.
