A global market leader in intelligent automation, Blue Prism, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) announced a global strategic partnership deal to reshape businesses provision intelligent automation.

Blue Prism will develop software as a service (SaaS) offerings on AWS while collaborating with the AWS Intelligent Automation team to improve the intelligence and availability of Blue Prism’s digital robots, trying to expand on the automation provided by both companies to date, such as Blue Prism Service Assist, which provides customers with a complete view of all customer interactions in the contact center. From this digital robots can take benefit of the wide and deep capabilities of the Amazon Machine Learning (Amazon ML) stack.

Joint customers will have an extensive portfolio of real-world automation capabilities at their fingertips, including business process improvements. Blue Prism will speed up the integration of its digital robots with AWS apps and services, which includes Omnichannel cloud contact center, Amazon Connect, AWS productivity applications – Amazon Chime, and AWS artificial intelligence, and Amazon machine learning services, such as Amazon Lex and Amazon Transcribe. Blue Prism and AWS will collaborate to develop workloads that support industry-specific use cases and deliver proven customer business outcomes.
The Blue Prism On Demand offering will be on AWS Marketplace in 2022, and it will be an on-demand intelligent automation solution portfolio that can be accessed through a consumption-based pricing model. With this new product, organizations will be able to assess their intelligent automation needs, unlock value and ROI across business processes, and scale across the enterprise more easily than ever before.
