One IFC building, Seoul, hosted the announcement about Deloitte Korea Group, including Deloitte Anjin Accounting Corp., partnering with Sprinklr, the unified customer experience management (CEM) platform for modern enterprises. Hong Jong-sung, CEO of Deloitte Anjin, and Mike Hur, Country Director of Sprinklr South Korea, attended the signing ceremony.

Hong Jong-sung said, “In the era of New Normal after COVID-19, it is more important that we stay more connected to customers throughout all contact points. Through this partnership with Sprinklr, we will be able to strengthen our capabilities and accelerate the transformation of the digital customer journey.”

Sprinklr’s Unified-CXM technology will assist Deloitte Korea Group is devising a super-personalization strategy, meeting customer marketing needs, and providing end-to-end service in driving a digital customer experience journey powered by Sprinklr’s AI platform for real-time insights.
