    Deloitte and Sprinklr Partner to Develop Innovative Digital Customer Experiences

    One IFC building, Seoul, hosted the announcement about Deloitte Korea Group, including Deloitte Anjin Accounting Corp., partnering with Sprinklr, the unified customer experience management (CEM) platform for modern enterprises. Hong Jong-sung, CEO of Deloitte Anjin, and Mike Hur, Country Director of Sprinklr South Korea, attended the signing ceremony.

    Hong Jong-sung said, “In the era of New Normal after COVID-19, it is more important that we stay more connected to customers throughout all contact points. Through this partnership with Sprinklr, we will be able to strengthen our capabilities and accelerate the transformation of the digital customer journey.”

    In addition to their many other successful relationships across the globe, Deloitte and Sprinklr have expanded their partnership into Asia-Pacific. Sprinklr’s Unified-CXM technology will assist Deloitte Korea Group is devising a super-personalization strategy, meeting customer marketing needs, and providing end-to-end service in driving a digital customer experience journey powered by Sprinklr’s AI platform for real-time insights.

    Mike Hur, said, “Our expanded partnership with Deloitte is a testament to the impact Sprinklr is making globally. The alignment between our organizations will help both Sprinklr and Deloitte better serve our customers in the region, and we are committed to continuing to work together to uplevel the consumer experience.”
