An end-to-end platform building artificial intelligence (AI)-driven conversational business application, DRUID, has acquired a new investment. DRUID aims to enhance its international expansion by recruiting more employees to accelerate growth in North America and Europe. DRUID will also build on its technology superiority by bringing new capabilities to its conversational AI offering and continuing to improve on its user experience promise. Karma Ventures and Hoxton Ventures led this funding round in which GapMinder has also joined along with four other firms from Germany, Switzerland, Poland, and Romania.

By the end of 2022, DRUID is planning to open new offices in France and Germany along with consolidating its presence in UK and US. Apart from that, DRUID also aims to acquire leading robotic process automation (RPA) vendors to expand capabilities and fuel their journey.
