Faye has acquired Mastersolve, Inc.’s customer relationship management (CRM) and customer experience (CX) practice to mark its presence in the Midwest and Canada. With offices all around North America, Mastersolve is a prominent provider of SugarCRM, Zendesk, and Salesforce.com solutions. Faye’s presence in the Sugar, Zendesk, and Salesforce ecosystems will be strengthened as a result of the acquisition, as well as its geographic footprint in the Midwest and Canada. Clients of Mastersolve, as well as CRM and CX teams, will be combined into Faye.
