It will help Franklin enhance its business agility and deliver elevated customer experience to its policyholders, agents, and employees.

Guidewire helps P&C insurers to accelerate growth and enhance customer engagement by combining digital, core, analytics, and AI within their cloud platform. Its cloud service will help Franklin cater to the changing demands of customers and help them provide enhanced customer experience.

This will help them reduce expenses and upgrade the platform to provide improved service.
