Communication solution provider IntelePeer launched the Apex Partner Program. The program is role-based and designed for growth and scale, which enables partners to act as sellers, builders, or both. It offers a specialized support channel as well as a unique vendor-agnostic solution. The channel consists of two models: sell with IntelePeer and build with IntelePeer. IntelePeer was created to let customers engage with one another in a more intelligent way. Sell partners can handle the entire customer sales cycle or design one-of-a-kind communications solutions. This model is used by VARs, managed service providers, and Agent/Master Agents.
The IntelePeer build model enables the creation of one-of-a-kind communications solutions based on low- and no-code APIs and seamless interfaces. It is designed to be simple to install with little to no developer resources required. Builders of client experiences, application developers, and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) should follow best practices.
Build with IntelePeer model is focused on delivering CX solutions with minimal time. The model will help the user by giving them free access to its CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service). The model also offers training and certification courses. Online documentation, e-mail, and phone contact points will enhance the customer experience.
