    Latin Leap to Invest in Vozy to Evolve Better Customer Experience

    Columbian-based conversational intelligence platform, Vozy is joining hands with one of the venture capital firms, Latin Leap Seed Investment Club, in regard to increasing customer voice experience in the Latin American region. The partnership will enable the growth of Vozy to become one of the leading platforms in conversational intelligence in the region.

    Managing director of Latin Leap, Stefan Krautwald, said that “they are glad to be partners with Vozy.” Artificial Intelligence (AI) based customer care services are in increasing demand, and technological solutions such as those developed by Vozy are providing tangible value for companies, as they require greater efficiency in this area”.

    With the backing of an undisclosed amount, Vozy is trying to extend its presence in countries like Mexico and Columbia. They are aiming to utilize the growth that was stimulated by the pandemic in the health and financial industries and increase voice interactions in these fields.

    Humberto Pertuz, CEO and Co-Founder of Vozy, adds, “We are obsessed with creating a better voice experience with our clients, nearly 40% of all customer service interactions are handled poorly over the phone and companies lose $75 billion every year due to poor customer service. With this investment, we will be able to help more companies optimize their voice channels, with data from their conversations creating faster, better, and cheaper customer interactions. ”

    Vozy is actively creating technology to generate human-like voices with AI that will combine local vocabulary, in an attempt to overcome the never-ending challenge of varied accents and vocabularies within the Latin American area.
