Loclweb, a leading provider of web designs for local small businesses, recently collaborated with accessible, a market leader in web accessibility solutions and technologies.
Shir Ekerling, Co-founder and CEO of accessiBe, said, “We are committed to partnering with professionals, from web agencies to freelance developers and marketers, to equip them with the tools they need to open their websites to the disability community. We are thrilled to partner with Loclweb to help ensure that their clients can achieve and maintain web accessibility.”
Loclweb has decided to sign up for the accessiBe Partner Program, which aims to give web and digital agencies, independent developers, marketers, website and e-commerce creators, hosting services, and others the resources they need to create websites that are accessible to people with a range of disabilities. Following this partnership, AccessWidget, an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered solution from accessiBe that automatically makes webpages ADA and WCAG 2.1 compliant, will be available to Loclweb’s clients. Furthermore, a simple-to-use solution will be available to Loclweb to assist in ensuring that their clients’ websites are accessible in a way that is conducive to commerce. It is aimed at expanding a company’s customer base to more than one billion individuals with disabilities worldwide, improving the reputation of the company, and reducing the possibility of facing legal action.
Moreover, Loclweb will get monthly compliance assessments in addition to 24-hour automated maintenance scans of all new and modified information.
“Joining the accessiBe Partner Program was a no-brainer for us. We are thrilled to provide our clients with the ability to make their websites available to everyone, while also achieving compliance and mitigating any legal risk”, said Nick Leffler of Loclweb.
