MarkLogic Corporation has announced the acquisition of Smartlogic, a leading metadata management solutions provider and leader in semantic artificial intelligence (AI) technology. Jeremy Bentley, the creator, and CEO of Smartlogic, as well as other senior management team members, will join the MarkLogic executive team as part of the deal.
