Microsoft and BT have announced a new strategic partnership to accelerate innovation in enterprise voice, cybersecurity, and industry-focused services across sectors, from digital manufacturing to health, helping businesses in the UK and around the world to thrive once again.

With this partnership, Microsoft users using BT’s Microsoft business services will be able to enjoy a superior customer experience (CX) by integrating Microsoft applications with secure, reliable connectivity and cybersecurity.

As part of the partnership, BT will expand its portfolio of cyber-security services using Microsoft technologies. Companies will work together to devise and launch a new generation of managed security services, which will enable and secure the collaborative workplace of the future. Microsoft and BT will collaborate to develop secure cloud and internal IT solutions to help customers defend their operations.
The partnership focuses on sustainability and digital skills. Together, BT and Microsoft will enhance sustainability credentials within their supply chains and promote digital skills in communities.
