A subsidiary of Moody’s Corporation, Moody’s Analytics partnered with Citi Velocity and recently announced that Moody’s Analytics will be delivering Data and Cash Flow Analytics for commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) on the Citi Velocity platform. Through this collaboration, Citi Velocity users are permitted to access Moody’s Analytics updated and insight data and analysis of CMBS deals and tranches.

Moody’s Analytics delivers financial intelligence and analytical tools to help business leaders to make better decisions and supports their growth efficiency and risk management objectives. The Senior Director of Structured Finance Solutions at Moody’s Analytics, Bhargav Jani, said, “We are incredibly pleased to expand our collaboration with the Citi Velocity team to help structured finance investors navigate CMBS markets. The disruption wrought by COVID-19 on commercial real estate has made it more important than ever to optimize decision-making through access to trusted information, delivered efficiently.”

Moody’s Analytics consolidated tear-sheet will benefit Citi Velocity users such as a summary of deal origination and performance features. Moody’s Analytics exclusive CMBS dataset will give investors visibility into long-term trends. The analytical features are powered by Moody’s Analytics Structured Finance Portal, a powerful data and analytics tool.

Citi Velocity is a web-based analytics platform that is available on the web, mobile, and desktop applications. They provide unusual access to their world-class data, proprietary analytics, research, and market commentary sourced globally.
