NexonStar and Snowbell to Implement WAVY AI Technology in UAE Restaurants

NexonStar and Snowbell Restaurant Management Co. celebrated a significant milestone as they signed an agreement for NexonStar’s new Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology program, WAVY, to be used across all Snowbell restaurants. Some of the UAE’s most prominent restaurants are now using breakthrough artificial intelligence technology to improve operations and business management.

Mr. Deok Won Lee, CEO of NexonStar, stated: “We have been looking forward to this occasion and to strengthening our business together with Snowbell. We have been developing the WAVY program for the past 15 years, starting out as a data collection instrument, and evolving into the Artificial Intelligence technology capacity it is today. We’re excited to see Snowbell begin using our system, and we’re sure it will be a success.”

WAVY is a brand-new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution for independent and franchised restaurants that seek to increase efficiency and revenues by analyzing an AI engine that gathers data from every aspect of a restaurant’s operation. The two organizations have agreed to begin implementing the WAVY program in the UAE, to continue sharing their experience for better WAVY program optimization, and to collaborate to improve the overall efficiency of Snowbell’s administration of their different restaurants, including Peppermill, Sugar Factory, and Ming’s Chamber.

WAVY’s specially developed and advanced AI-coded technology system collects every detail of restaurant operations and management to calculate and report better effective business practices and improve customer service. With WAVY’s simple-to-use platform, even Point of Sales (POS) information is integrated into an interactive dashboard that users can access whenever they need it. Other data is collected by AI technology woven into the restaurant’s IT system.
