NICE has introduced a suite of AI-powered capabilities for maximizing robotic process automation (RPA) benefits for organizations. NICE RPA’s enhanced capabilities in version 7.6 include document digitization, ROI-based recommendations of ideal processes to automate, and a complimentary resource center that provides ready-made low-code/no-code resources for sharing. These new capabilities also reduce process analysis time and automate manual tasks, helping organizations boost ROI and maximize the value of automation projects.
Barry Cooper, President, NICE Workforce and Customer Experience Group, said, “The digital age is powering productivity, improving service experiences, and accelerating ROI. By digitizing processes and prioritizing automation that drives maximum business value, our latest RPA capabilities are accelerating the path to a digital-first strategy.”
Nice RPA’s new capabilities allow organizations to leverage the power of digitization within their organizations. Some of these capabilities are:
Click-to-Document – At the click of a button, Click-to-Document transforms processes into documents that detail end-to-end process flows, applications used, and user actions. This capability allows automation design time to be trimmed without compromising on detail and scales projects quickly and comprehensively without the need for hours of manual analysis. Using this capability, organizations can also train and coach their employees, reducing the amount of preparation necessary for such activities.
ROI-based automation process recommendation – assists organizations in identifying processes that should be automated, based on a calculation of the time saved per process. The ROI calculator is designed to consider relevant objective factors, such as the hours spent on the process and the number of people involved. Organizations can make more informed, responsible, and accurate decisions when they highlight and prioritize business processes.
A built-in Resource Centre offers low-code/no-code packages and templates that can be accessed directly from Automation Studio, NICE RPA’s design environment, to enable rapid development and scaling. The Resource Centre is customizable and designed to meet the needs of a wide range of projects, and with its open-for-all approach, it makes it easy to share and consume pre-built bots, callouts, NEVA skins, and library functions among members of the NICE RPA community.
