Digital business and IT services company – NTT DATA Services announced it has agreed to acquire supply chain analytics and consulting firm – Chainalytics. The addition of Chainalytics’ market-leading expertise to NTT DATA’s global consulting and digital transformation services will help NTT DATA better serve corporate clients through a holistically coordinated approach to supply chain consulting.

There is rapid growth in the supply chain consulting and analytics market, driven by the shift to direct-to-customer business models and the ongoing need to reduce carbon emissions, complexity, and costs.

After the acquisition, Chainalytics will join a top-six global IT services leader with vast resources.
