Ooredoo Group has announced a new joint agreement with international communications company BICS to create an innovative voice business model that will deliver new solutions in artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and fraud protection.

The agreement for voice traffic is in line with Ooredoo Group’s strategic objective to enhance customer experience and quality of service for businesses and consumers. A key component of phase one of the deployment plan is to establish a dedicated team of specialists to ensure that insight, expertise, and resources are shared between the two organizations.
