Ooredoo Group has announced a new joint agreement with international communications company BICS to create an innovative voice business model that will deliver new solutions in artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and fraud protection.

A key component of phase one of the deployment plan is to establish a dedicated team of specialists to ensure that insight, expertise, and resources are shared between the two organizations.
