Subscription management and recurring billing platform, Recurly unveiled a substantial enhancement to its subscription analytics that is intended to provide data for subscription company growth swiftly.
“Subscription companies must be laser-focused on reducing churn and accelerating growth. That requires real-time access to the metrics that measure progress. Recurly customers can now unlock that data, using it to target subscribers with the right products and plans, better manage monthly recurring revenue, and track subscription profitability and lifetime value. In short, our improved data analytics engine makes it simpler to uncover the strategic insights our customers need to be competitive and grow,” stated Jonas Flodh, Chief Product Officer at Recurly.
With the aid of Recurly’s new dashboard data visualization capabilities, clients can explore, evaluate, and share real-time business information while receiving complete insights on the status of their subscriptions. The new dashboard provides instant analytics with important data, which is quicker in nature. Apart from that, it also enables filtering data according to time, date, plans, currency, and other variables, helping deliver more intelligent analytics. The flexibility in access enables users to download data underlying in the dashboard and other data sources to it.
Thomas Keller, the company’s Director of Technologies, said, “True Market Insider, another Recurly customer and early adopter of the advanced analytics tools, also recognizes the value of the upgraded platform. One of the most important business metrics to the True Market Insiders team is the customer lifetime value (LTV), but our previous method of calculating that value was convoluted and time-consuming. With Recurly, we can gauge LTV accurately using current, accurate information.”
The dashboard upgrades provide Recurly users with more detailed information, frees up time and resources by removing the need to use other tools or add more team members to seek instant signs. The upgrades allow to utilize the user data better and concentrate on providing commercial value. Google’s business intelligence platform, Looker, was adopted by Recurly to power its advanced analytics and visualization solution.
