As part of the SQprobe 4.1 release, Telchemy announced it has developed a data analytics tool that improves the performance of VoIP and videoconferencing in the Cloud. It can also be used in virtual data centers and on commodity hardware. In a virtualized and Cloud environment, Qprobe delivers 10Gbps+ performance without using specialized hardware.
SQprobe provides VoIP and Videoconferencing traffic analytics including accurate QoE score, detailed performance metrics, and SIP signaling flow analysis in real-time. Its underlying perceptual quality algorithms have proven to perform accurately and reliably even when there are time-varying impairments, and its advanced analytics identify and analyze real-time voice and video streams at rates of up to 10 Gbps.

SQprobe 4.1 includes the following new features:
- Videoconferencing and VoIP traffic for Microsoft Teams, including merging of Scalable Video Coding (SVC) sessions
- Zoom VoIP and Videoconference streams, as well as Zoom’s transport protocol, are analyzed
- VXLAN encapsulated traffic can be analyzed via cloud deployment
- With real-time capture of VoIP and videoconference sessions
- Noise and signal levels for VoIP traffic encoded in G.711 and G.729A
- Smart installation takes advantage of CPU architecture and performance to maximize performance across a wide range of platforms
