System1 has finalized the purchase of NextGen Shopping, Inc‘s CouponFollow for an estimated amount of $115 million. The acquisition of CouponFollow will enhance the e-commerce efforts of System1 by providing a set of shopping-related solutions that can be integrated into their product line and allow them to expand their relationship directly with advertisers.

CouponFollow has a customer base of over 5000 brands across industries, including fashion, travel, and electronics. System1’s RAMP platform will aid in the expansion of CouponFollow’s client acquisition activities.

New York-based CouponFollow’s team will be joining System1’s team, and CEO Marc Mezzacca will be part of System1’s executive leadership team. The investment consideration was allocated to NextGen Shopping owners in a private placement.
