This partnership will offer Reveal’s F2F.AI, an enterprise-grade analytics solution to US-based companies. Reveal’s F2F.AI solution can record face-to-face interactions happened between customers and employees for competitive intelligence, sentiment, compliance, training, and bias management. TideSmart will be serving as a reseller of the AI-based customer experience (CX) technology.
