TopFunnel is an AI-powered recruiting startup, recently announced the acquisition of Teamable, an employee referral platform that transforms social networks into high-quality performance talent pools. This acquisition will offer an end-to-end sourcing platform and supercharge referral-based recruiting.

The artificial intelligence (AI)-driven approach of TopFunnel can automate the recruiting process and help find the right candidates for the right roles and send them the right message. The same goes for Teamable’s referral software that collects employees’ contacts from their social and professional networks to provide a group of potential candidates to recruiters.
