Unilabs, a leading diagnostic service provider, is partnering with Subtle Medical, a healthcare technology company that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to improve the quality and efficiency of MRI imaging. As a result of the solution, Unilabs will be able to provide industry-leading productivity and enhanced patient satisfaction to its MRI programme in Sweden for the first time.

Dr. Thomas Lindahl, Medical Director of Unilabs Sweden, said, “Unilabs is dedicated to investing in healthcare innovation for the benefit of all of our patients. Having safe, clinically validated, state-of-the-art tools for improved image acquisition is key in the practice of modern radiology. The SubtleMR solution will assist our radiologists in performing high-quality imaging more efficiently.”

With SubtleMR™, image quality is improved from 60% faster scanning times with AI-powered software. The clinical quality and integrity of the software have been demonstrated across various sites, scanners, and patients in multiple peer-reviewed journals.

Josh Gurewitz, Chief Commercial Officer for Subtle Medical, said, “We could not be more pleased that Unilabs has adopted SubtleMR. Our unique technology not only supports a better patient experience from less time in the imaging suite but also increases operational workflow efficiencies that allow Unilabs to boost their already efficient imaging programme. We look forward to a long partnership with Unilabs.”

In addition to optimizing workflows, SubtleMR reduces the time patients spend in the scanner while improving their imaging experience.
