One of the largest mobile operators in Vietnam has selected the new Service-IQ Device Management Analytics (DMA) solution from Guavus, a Thales company, and a pioneer in AI-based analytics solutions for CSPs.
Guavus CEO Alex Shevchenko, said, “We’re pleased to be working with this leading provider in Vietnam through our partner in the region, NEO. It’s been great to see so many operators globally deploying Service-IQ DMA, for many of the reasons expressed by this new customer. To successfully execute on their customer-centric business and operations strategies and roll out 5G, they need the ability to gain real-time insights on 5G-capable device adoption and distribution.”
In light of the growing number of mobile devices on their network and the variety of devices available, the operator was having difficulty keeping up with the digital demographic of their network, especially as they prepare to introduce 5G services. The network planning, operations, and marketing teams, as well as the business at large, cannot easily adapt to new device technologies that are continually introduced without immediate visibility into the device capabilities offered to their subscribers.
The company selected Guavus Service-IQ DMA because it offers the in-depth, real-time analytics its stakeholders need to understand what all connected devices are capable of. In addition to becoming able to better identify suspicious behavior and potential fraud, they’ll be able to make data-driven network rollout and marketing decisions using mobile device insights.
