AI search company, Yext, Inc., has recently announced new integrations with Acquia Drupal Cloud which will allow businesses to apply AI-powered search experiences on websites flawlessly.

With its Answers AI search engine, Yext enables businesses to improve their search experiences by leveraging various powerful natural language processing (NLP) algorithms to interpret complicated questions and offer direct answers in dynamic formats.
Acquia offers enterprise-level solutions and services based on Drupal, an open-source content management system (CMS), to help businesses create, administer, and improve websites, applications, and other digital experiences. Yext can now offer its clients a new set of managed cloud solutions built with Drupal and Acquia solutions thanks to a partnership with Acquia.

Acquia Drupal Cloud users can use data connectors to sync information about their employees, locations, help articles, events, and more into their own Yext knowledge graph, which saves and arranges the information to make it compatible with their AI search platform. Businesses can easily drag and drop a search bar onto their website using Yext’s Drupal application once their data has been synced, and they’ll be on their way to higher conversions, lower support costs, and fresh customer insight that Yext clients around the world have experienced.
